History - In the late 60's Buck started out as an apprentice cable splicer with a local contractor. A short time after, Buck was called upon to support his country in the US Army stationed in Fort Hood, Texas. He continued to pursue his dream of telephony through the Signal Corp.

After gaining several years experience in Military Communications, Buck returned to the civilian lifestyle of a true phone man. For the next few years he traveled the U.S. as a journeyman cable splicer.

In the mid 70's the window of opportunity opened and Buck's Communications evolved. The company started as a "one man band", so to speak and grew one man at a time.

By the 80's Buck's Communications employed several cable splicers and Installation/Repair Technicians.
Buck remained in the field splicing cable by day and took care of company matters at night with the help of his wife. In 1982 Buck's Communications was incorporated.

Several changes took place in the 90's. At this time Buck employed multiple office staff to maintain the corporate side of business. Over the years the one man splicing company grew and slowly expanded into a multi facetted communications aerial and underground construction firm.

Emergency Services - Buck's Communications provides critical communication services to several communities. In severe weather, during business hours and after, we are able and will continue operations to fulfill our obligations to our clients and customers.
